Shipping policy

Order Processing

We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days. However, actual processing times may vary depending on order volume and availability. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Occasionally, we will be traveling or otherwise unable to ship orders immediately. When this occurs, a notice will be posted prominently on our website indicating the next available ship date. Orders placed during this time will be held and shipped on or after the posted date.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship only within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

We currently only offer international shipping to Canada. Orders are shipped from our USA location. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and may be collected by the carrier at delivery. If you decline to pay duties/taxes and the package is returned to us, we can issue a refund for the product price, less shipping costs, once the item is received back in unused condition.

Fulfillment Partners

Some or all orders may be fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment center. Our shipping practices and policies will remain consistent, and you will continue to receive shipping and tracking information as usual.
